Прошу вас вмешаться в беспредел, творящийся в Службе судебных приставов Теучежского района Республики Адыгея и помочь восстановить справедливость по отношению ко мне со стороны судебного пристава Жачемуковой Нафисет Байзетовны. Из-за долга перед Газпромом приставы заблокировали две мои банковские карты, запретили производить хоть какие-то расчеты за услуги ЖКХ с баланса телефона и уже второй месяц я получаю урезанную на половину пенсию — 8 500 р. А как же с прожиточным минимумом, без которого никто не вправе по закону оставлять должника, в данном случае меня — инвалида с детства, вследствие пересенного полиомиелита, без средств к существованию? За последний месяц я как минимум пять раз обращался в районную службу судебных приставов и лично к Жачемуковой Н. Б. с просьбой не нарушать закон в отношении меня. Не получил ни одного ответа. Кроме того, 6 марта Почтой России я отправил им заказным письмом несколько справок о состоянии моего здоровья. Реакция — ноль! Помимо полиомиелита у меня полтора года назад случился двойной перелом больной ноги, вследствие чего в Краснодаре была сделана операция. С тех пор сильно ограничен в движении — передвигаюсь с тросточкой по дому, а ходить по разным конторам для оплаты услуг ЖКХ нет физической возможности, о чем неоднократно писал в службу судебных приставов. Раньше оплачивал услуги ЖКХ с помощью банковской карты, не выходя из дома.Теперь нет у меня такой возможности. Почему допускается такая вседозволенность со стороны судебных приставов в отношении одинокого инвалида с детства? Почему они помимо грубых нарушений закона еще и не соизволяют дать ответ на мои многочисленные письма и жалобы?
